Account: The personal interface that allows Members or Subscribers to log into the Website, manage their profile, and access Services.
Event / Activity: Any in-person gathering, free or paid, organised through Dattin.co.uk.
Events Page: A dedicated page on our Website with details of an Event and registration options.
Guest: An individual who is not a registered Member or Subscriber but is invited to an Event by a Member or Subscriber.
Member: A registered user with free access to certain Services.
Subscriber: A user with a paid subscription granting access to additional Services.
Participant: Any Member, Subscriber, or Guest registered to attend an Event.
Services: All features and offerings available on Dattin.co.uk, whether free or paid.
Subscription: A paid package granting access to Services for a specified period.
Website: The platform operated by Dattin, including dattin.co.uk and its mobile applications.
2.1 Conditions for Registration: Only individuals aged 18 or over, who are registered Members or Subscribers, may sign up for Events. Registration requires logging into the Website with a valid email and password. Participants are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised use, notify us immediately at info@dattin.co.uk.
2.2 How to Register: To register for an Event, Members or Subscribers must complete the registration form on the Event Page, accept these Terms, and pay the Event fee (if applicable). Confirmation email will be sent once registration is complete.
2.3 Guests: Members or Subscribers may invite up to three Guests per Event. Fees (if any) are the responsibility of the inviting Member or Subscriber.
2.4 Minimum Numbers: Some Events may require a minimum number of Participants. If not met, Dattin reserves the right to cancel and refund as per Article 5.
Event fees are displayed in GBP and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made online via card or PayPal. Some venues may accept payment on-site.
Events are not covered by statutory withdrawal rights under UK law. Registrations are final and non-refundable except as outlined in Article 5.
5.1 Changes: If date, time, or location changes, Participants will be notified via email. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours.
5.2 Cancellations: If Dattin cancels, full refunds will be issued within 30 days.
Access is personal and subject to registration & payment. Entry may be refused for incomplete registration, non-payment, or inappropriate behaviour. Guests are deemed to have accepted Terms upon registration.
Participants agree to be respectful, follow organisers’ instructions, avoid offensive behaviour, respect boundaries, and consume alcohol responsibly.
Breach of Code may result in exclusion without refund, future bans, or reporting to authorities.
Dattin accepts no liability for cancellations due to force majeure or for incidents, accidents, or damages caused by Participants or third parties.
Travel services are covered by providers’ own terms, not these Terms.
Complaints must be submitted within 30 days by email to info@dattin.co.uk.
Participant data is collected and processed to manage Event registration in line with Dattin’s Privacy Policy available on dattin.co.uk.
These Terms are governed by England and Wales law. Disputes will go to the Participant’s local courts within the UK or EEA.
